so i spent the better part of a week stuck at 167. ate questionably on saturday and terribly on sunday. monday morning, 169, woe. ate well again yesterday. today, boom, 166.5!

this is a) why obviously i shouldn’t weigh myself every day, but also b) amusing. apparently i break plateaus by eating like an asshole for a day or two. :P

today will include awesome eating, playing kingdom hearts, and spin class tonight!

172.5 as i head out on vacayyyy! woot.

the goal is to be the same when i get home next sunday. or lower would be nice, but i will be 100% okay with maintaining. i plan on working out as much as possible and eating as well as i possibly can, so i’m fairly optimistic. a little nervous, but mostly just excited for a week of fun with my sweetie. :D

i’m bringing my laptop, so i should be able to check in daily and tell you all how well i did!

look, we had a pretty decent week together. this isn’t your fault; i guess i just don’t feel like we were ever meant to be. and i have to tell you the truth: i met someone else. it’s probably just a fling, but for right now, 175.5 just gets me.

i wish you well, 177, but i think it’s best we don’t see each other again.

happy cupcake alternate-friday! i’m off to chase down the cupcakestop truck for one of these mocha beauties. after that, the gym for W7D3 of couch to 5k and some elliptical action. :D

ALSO! i was in old navy earlier and now officially fit into size 14 jeans. that may not sound impressive, but before i started losing weight, 18s were snug. so…yay! \o/

01. see the 170s, even if it’s just a glimpse at 179.9 on june 30
did it!

02. continue to work out at least 6 days a week
did it!

03. have takeout no more than once a week
nope! sometimes once but sometimes twice. i’m trying!

04. try a spin class (and if it’s awesome, stick with it)
did it!

05. do workout videos at least 4x a week
nope! i was on a video kick a month ago but i lost interest.

06. finish a 5k (on the treadmill) in 40 minutes or less
did it! (twice!)
