down 2.5 pounds since the other day. i don’t know if it’s still water weight coming off from the pregnancy or if it’s from all the breastfeeding, but either way, i’ll take it. :D

*sad trombone noise* oh well. i was 166.5 yesterday which was at least a tiny improvement, but it’s okay. i missed the gym friday thru monday, and ate questionably-to-badly all weekend, so really i didn’t expect much. kind of a bummer, but then again, this?

i’m good with two pounds, but i was hoping for a little bit more, if only because i’ve been chilling at 167 since sunday and therefore really expected a loss today. oh well. i imagine it’ll show up tomorrow, and then next wednesday i’ll be annoyed again. i never seem to have the meaningful losses right on wednesday. :P

ANYWAY! hope everyone is having a wonderful day! i have zumba tonight for the first time in like 3 weeks and i am psyched! :D

i’m estimating last week since i was on vacation, but i was 172.5 when i left and 173 when i came home, and my eating was better at the beginning of the trip than the end, so. :P

so that’s cool. i wish i didn’t weigh myself every day, because then i wouldn’t know that i was 175.5 on thursday, which makes it that i only lost half a pound in six days, you know? but whatever, i lost 2 pounds this week and i’m okay with that! :D

this time next week i’ll be in california, so i probably will not be able participate in WIW. which sort of bums me out as i like being able to keep a close eye on things. i miiiiight bring my scale, but i’m trying to pack light, so, we’ll see.

le cirque tonight with some friends! tomorrow, mad crazy exercise to attempt to cancel out tonight’s bound-to-be-scandalous meal. XD [i have a cute dress i’m gonna wear, so before i leave i’ll take a pic to post for gpoyw!]

on the one hand, i’m bummed. not losing is lame.

on the other hand, i’m okay with it. the weekend was rough, but i’ve been awesome the past couple of days. the loss will come. at least i glimpsed 176 on saturday!

good morning, tumblr! my ass still hurts from spin class, in case anyone was wondering, right on the area that every pilates teacher i’ve ever had calls the “sit bones.” i think i might look into buying some kind of seat cushion i can bring with me to class next time.

so i lost a pound since last wednesday (and nothing since friday). but considering that i ate pizza on saturday (for lunch and dinner) as well as a magnolia cupcake and chinese food on monday, i’ll take my one pound loss quite happily. i had visions of the 170s this week, but i really didn’t try very hard, obviously.

i got back on track yesterday, tho. my eating was perfect and i burned ~730 at the gym. today will be great, too - i’m going to have those tofu shirataki noodles for lunch, plus gym and then zumba later!

fun non-scale victory from yesterday: i no longer am mortified when sitting on a crowded subway train. before i started losing weight, i always felt like i was taking up wayyyyy too much space on the seat. yesterday, i was on the train in rush hour and i felt totally fine. :)
