still chilling at 183 today, which i’m okay with. i got a little spoiled because i had a loss on the 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th, which felt fucking awesome, but i knew couldn’t last forever.
i ended up eating, like, 880 calories yesterday somehow. i think it was because i ended up eating all of my meals a little late and then going to bed kind of early? …or something? i don’t know. i had 200 cals at breakfast, 240 at lunch and about another 240 at dinner (i have a good recipe, i’ll post it later), and the only snack i had all day was a fiber one bar for 90 cals. i looked at my food log around 10 and i’d only had 700-something, so i had a skinny cow mint truffle bar because that just seemed way excessively low, and it was the only thing i really felt like having as i wasn’t particularly hungry.
yesterday also consisted of about 20 minutes on the elliptical, week 5 day 1 of couch to 5k, and zumba! as a result, i finished the day with -82 net calories. so, yay, but also, wtf?
zumba was awesome, tho. i was sweating like a beast!! it’s funny, i used to hate sweating, but now i kind of like it. i do feel a little embarrassed sometimes that i am unfailingly the sweatiest person in any given fitness activity, but fuck it. sweaty power!
also, i’m a good dancer and pick things up quickly (i took dance from the time i was in preschool all through high school) and the zumba teacher has practically made me her assistant. :P last week she left the room for a minute to mess with the music and told everyone to follow me, and then last night, since the class was crowded, she told people to watch me if they couldn’t see her. she thanked me after class for helping out and told me to always stay up front! it was nice to feel really competent about something fitness-related.
