so i spent the better part of a week stuck at 167. ate questionably on saturday and terribly on sunday. monday morning, 169, woe. ate well again yesterday. today, boom, 166.5!

this is a) why obviously i shouldn’t weigh myself every day, but also b) amusing. apparently i break plateaus by eating like an asshole for a day or two. :P

today will include awesome eating, playing kingdom hearts, and spin class tonight!
