199 today. yeah, i was (am) up that high. i didn’t really want to post the numbers, but whatever, i’m back on the right side of 200, thank god. yeah, it’s only barely, but i’m trending down so i’m celebrating.
i still have 36 pounds to lose to get my back to my previous low weight — for right now, that’s my goal. and 36 pounds is totally manageable, i lost way more than that last year. another good thing is that i remember pretty vividly how much better i felt about myself at even 185, 175, etc, so i know it won’t be THAT long before i start seeing some changes, which i think is SUCH good encouragement!
definitely going to the gym today and tomorrow. i’ve been going on tues/thurs in the evenings but now that tv is coming back, including the x factor which i’m recapping for work, i think my gym days will be sunday, monday, friday and saturday, and i’ll do some exercise videos (i want to restart the shred!) on tuesday-thursday.
so. progress! plans! yay.
