…is a go! i went to the gym thursday and today (and will be going tomorrow as well). i started using the iphone lose it! app again to track my calories. i’m giving myself an extra 400 for nursing, which i may adjust down if i don’t see results. i just don’t want to cut it TOO low and fuck up my supply.
