i officially have lost 8 pounds since buckling down and doing this thing. :D

i forgot how when you eat right and exercise, you actually do lose weight! i’m down three pounds since thursday. and yeah, water weight, whatever. i don’t care; i’ll take it.

so i spent the better part of a week stuck at 167. ate questionably on saturday and terribly on sunday. monday morning, 169, woe. ate well again yesterday. today, boom, 166.5!
this is a) why obviously i shouldn’t weigh myself every day, but also b) amusing. apparently i break plateaus by eating like an asshole for a day or two. :P

well well well! apparently spending a week on vacation actually was a GREAT thing for weight loss…i think my body thought that i was starting a brand new diet yesterday!
i left for vacation at 172.5.
when i got home i weighed 173.
today i weigh 170.5!!!!
